Help my friend can’t get her TikTok Shop links back!!

Hi, for anyone who can help me my friend was trying to connect with the business Side of selling on TikTok and tried to link one of her accounts with the business side, but once her business side was linked because she wanted to sell her own products on TikTok, all of her affiliate links disappeared that she had on over 200 of her videos and now she wants to go back and not have that business side connected, but unfortunately, they are not letting her to go back to that plus she has sent a ticket in and hasn’t heard anything back. What should she do? How can she reach support for TikTok?
