paronychia drainage- does it hurt??

sorry about my writing style im tryin to type w one hand

i developed paronychia after a particularly stressful period of my life

i wanna get it drained at the hospital (i dont have a gp) but i have a really low tolerance for pain im so afraid im shaking and having panic attacks

!i got a cyst drainage near my spine a year ago and that was agonising too!< (tangentially related perhaps a little ick inducing)

how would you rate the pain im so scared be honest

the infection isnt too bad its really slightly swollen and im trying to care for it w warm water + betadine
