Help Identify that village

So let me explain what I am trying to find. while going to North Sikkim, don't remember if it was lachen or lachung from Mangan or i don't even remember if it was before Mangan.

I saw a beautiful landscapes that I have never seen before. imagine a mountain which got cut off in tilted way, that patch is now green and it actually has few houses, felt like switzerland view.

the place seems unreachable from the road, atleast from the view, it felt like a patch of green on totally unreachable side.

maybe I remeber the staircase way agriculture was there.

it was viewable on the left side when going downhill.

it was not desert thing like lachen, it had ample green ery and the greenery started long before reaching that place.
