Some ideas for Psylocke.

Discussion

I've always thought that Psylocke should be the first 225 HP character as a tradeoff for her extremely high mobility and high TTK potential. I would argue characters like Black Panther and Starlord should also have 225 HP given their similar playstyles.

I don't care if they brought back back prime season 0 assassin Psylocke if the tradeoff was she was easier to kill than a 250 or 275. This simply isn't the case right now, so I can understand why players the are complaining about her recent buffs. Her offensive pressure is very oppressive when utilized properly. Especially since she is hard to CC or kill compared to other dive characters who are slower and bigger targets. I wouldn't even care if they gave her slight compensation buffs in return like more offense, or letting her regenerate 10 HP/s in Stealh mode which is a very small amount for a long cooldown.

Also nerf her ult more. It shouldn't be doing 160 or 170 HP per hit, that is ridiculous. If her ultimate did 140, it would still take out isolated squishies in two hits when you catch them off-guard, which is your primary goal when ulting. She's not meant to shred tanks with her ult like a Punisher. Additionally, you are fully immortal and cannot be interrupted in her ult unlike a Punisher or Star Lord.

I understand you can "counter" her ult, but when used properly it almost guarantees at least one kill or at least forces out a strategist ultimate. Most ranks also don't have the coordination to group up. Her neutral is already top tier, why does she need also an very strong ultimate? This is how you get an Invisible Woman or Cloak and Dagger situation in the DPS role.

Unfortunately, the game’s design isn’t at a point where the community would accept 225 HP characters. We complain about Strategists rightfully so, but the reality is they will eventually receive enough nerfs and reworks to make them more vulnerable and more on par with DPS and Tanks. For example, we'll likely see 250 HP nerfs to C&D and Invis as soon as next patch. But this is a huge in-direct buff to dive characters.
