Pandemic time doesn’t count for PSLF?

Graduated in Dec 2020, for a job in public health (qualifying employer) in Jan 2021. I just checked my payment count and resubmit employment verification and it says my first qualifying payment was in June 2021.

Does the Jan-June 2021 pause time not count?

I could have sworn they counted. Am I just completely out of luck for that time??
