Where should I make my new cartoon idea???

my idea, Gramps.exe is a simple cartoon idea. A dead grandpa’s consciousness was uploaded into the family’s smart home devices. He’s a glitchy AI voice that jumps between appliances, flashing a Grunkle Stan-inspired avatar (red fez, huge bushy eyebrows, big nose) but acting like a total asshole — insulting the family with raspy rants and causing petty chaos. The worried kid Milo tries to contain it, kinda like Morty or Kyle or smth, while annoying ahh social media mom and VR-obsessed Dad think he’s just “quirky.” Short house-bound episodes blend Simpsons annoyance, South Park crudeness, and Rick and Morty tech absurdity, relying on voice acting and simple glitch effects. I am so lost tho, my brain is literally fried trying to even comprehend flippaclip, I’m so lost. Please may I have some advice 😭😭😭😭
