Fps gaming problem?

Hello i think i have a problem.

I did build a gaming pc

Ultra 7 265k

Rtx 5070

32 gb ram 5600

I get in games like cs 2 arround 370 fps solo on a map and dota 2 for example 120 fps in teamfights even though i play all low graphics and 1080p

Is that normal? Youribe videos show me that i should get over 500 fps in cs 2 and i bought a 400hz monitor especially for that.

Can somebody maybe help me?
