A big thank you to the reddit nioh community who helped me finish this game

Hey all,

The other week I posted about how much I was struggling with this game. I honestly was having such a bad time, I uninstalled it in disgust twice and was ready to snap the disc in half. it just wouldn't click and it was just an awful experience and big disappointment.

In a final bit of desperation before giving up entirely, i asked for help here and got both genuine encouragement to carry on and great advice how to get better.

It was clear i had to change absolutely everything about how i approached the game but my sole aim was to see the credits. i knew the dlc and higher difficulties were of no use to me but if i could make the credits then i would consider it a success.

i did that tonight.

did i sloth some of it? absolutely

did i miss some sub missions? yep

will i ever go back to nioh 1? thats a hard no

But i did it and i honestly wouldn't have been able to even get close if the response to my request for help hadn't been so positive and useful.

its probably laughable to some people but that was my hardest fought victory in a videogame.

I definitely need a break but I think i will still attempt nioh 2 🤣 thanks again all!
