Megatech on Dedicated Server

I recently came back to the game after taking over a year off. I’m playing on a dedicated server with 2 other people. Only 2 of us are actually playing and the 3rd has only played a couple hours. The two of us that are playing have purchased the megatech DLC but only my friend can kinda interact with it. Every time I try to click on the biodome, museum, or orbital platform I get the prompt to check out more and buy the dlc.

I’ve restarted my Xbox, I’ve restarted the server, I just don’t know what to do. All we can do it print the intermodal terminal and interact with that. I’m not sure if I’m missing something like doing a mission, if this is a know bug, or if it just doesn’t work in a server. Please help!

We’re both on Xbox and the other guy is on PS5 but he hasn’t been on since we got the DLC.
