Looking for earphones with a long battery life and little to no system notifications. No idea where to start

My old bluetooth earphones just broke and I'm looking for new ones asap; however, I have some weird requirements and no idea where to start or what brands to look at. I have almost zero experience or knowledge about this stuff.

What I'm looking for in order of priority

• bluetooth

• not in-ear (I think they're called open-back?), also not something that wraps around the ear. I am very sensitive so it has to feel as invisible as possible

• quiet system sounds or no notifications at all. It's fine if I have to download an app for that (my old earbuds didn't have that, which drove me crazy)

• long battery life

• decent sound quality, but I'm not too picky abt that

• not super expensive (below 150 € if possible)

• multipoint connectivity would be nice

• ANC would also be nice but not required

Other info

• I don't use them for exercise so it doesn't rly matter how well they stay on

• microphone doesn't matter

• I mostly listen to audiobooks, sometimes music (no specific genre)

• I'm located in Europe if that matters
