PPF - Ceramic coating as well or not necessary?

Ceramic full car 1 year warranty is $900 or $1500 for 4 year warranty.

PPF is $1700 for hood, bumper, mirrors, and front half of front fenders. $2000 if I have all of front fenders done.

I absolutely want PPF but do I truly need ceramic coating?
