Joseon dynasty locked behind coup mechanics

I am trying to play Korea and experience their unique content, a good amount of which is locked behind forming the Joseon Dynasty which requires a successful coup in your kingdom. As I’m sure many of you have seen, the coup mechanic is completely broken and it’s almost impossible for a coup to actually be successful, despite how little or how hard you try to prevent it or let it happen.

It has been many months since this game has released and this content is still completely impossible to experience without mods or save game editing. There are several posts on this subreddit discussing this problem aswell. It’s there a reason this hasn’t been fixed yet? Seems like it would be a very simple fix to remove the successful coup requirement for now until the system is working properly.
