so can yall tell me if a customer has a code, is the reason why because they requested it or because instacart did it because of lots of fraud?

I got a huge order so I went to the store, shopped it and it took me an hour and a half, almost 2 hours, and she kept adding big items while I was there, and it was so weird but I was fine with it cuz obviously we get more pay.

she lives in a huge condo tower with a corner view, so I already knew, based on the location, I need a code, so before I got there, I requested the code, no answer. luckily when I got there, someone was going in so I was able to get in. I didn't know where exactly it was since there are multiple towers so I went to the office to ask where it was since she was not answering. they pointed me over there.

I went to the tower, got a basket, filled it, after the maintenance guy was so rude to me, then headed up the elevator. got there and messaged her that I was outside, she didn't respond. asked her for the code so that I could leave, didn't respond. rang the damn doorbell, no response.

I even called her and forwarded to voicemail.

I'm already messaging with support and they tell me they'll try contacting her.

this man was running up and down the stairs for exercise and I see him at round 2 and tells me he doing 10 rounds. I see him do this until round 8. I can see support messaging me and I wait in suspense. I say hello and no response from support.

I'm about to head to the elevator when she walks out and she looks suspicious,.. I had a bad feeling. I messaged support to tell them she responded and I gave her the groceries. they don't respond.

she gives me the code, I enter the code and hit submit and it says batch was removed. I messaged support and told them that I had already given her the groceries. support tells me to return the batch. I got in the elevator and I'm telling support I can't return them because I already gave her the groceries, they repeat to return the groceries. I told them I couldn't.

as soon as I walk out of the building I see that new messages pop up... I guess the building has no signal and I wasnt getting supports messages while I waited there.

I told him I handed the lady all the groceries and she gave me the code so I couldn't return the groceries. he told me to give him a moment. he then came back and said not to worry, id get paid for the order and that was the end of it.

what do yall think, I feel she did it on purpose to wait so long so she could get a refund on the order but I gave her the groceries so I couldn't return them to the store....

I live nearby a beach..
