prolactin levels really high breatfeeding

ever since my first postpartum period at 6 months. I haven't been feeling like myself. I went and got some blood work done and I ended up having extremely high prolactin in levels. more than what I should have for breastfeeding. I've noticed a sudden increase in weight gain and decrease in breast milk supply. and my levels of breast milk have never rebounded. I'm wondering if anybody else has experienced this. and what I can do to try to save my supply... I heard that apparently having extremely high prolactin levels can actually reduce breast milk supply. My doctor said that it's possible I could have a pituitary tumor that has made this issue.
