in-home esthetician for my 40th??

I'll be 40 this year and a few friends are flying-in to help celebrate.  We've Airbnb'd a cabin in the woods and are planning to hike and relax and eat, heavy on the relax.  

I thought it'd be fun to hire an esthetician to provide facials...which is proving difficult as I'm not able to really find professionals who provide "in-home" services via internet searching. I think I'm learning there's a specific license required to be able to provide esthetician services outside of a salon/spa. So, as a shot-in-the-dark, I thought I'd reach out to see if there's someone here who would be interested and qualified; or maybe you have a professional recommendation?
