Thoughts on suing for AP decisions?

Kuck announced on a live today that they will *probably* be filing a suit for DACA AP applications not being adjudicated. Saying it’s not legal for them to take money for the apps but not process them. I’m sure details will come out for who can join the etc., but I’m interested to hear thoughts on the matter. Would joining a suit put you at risk? Would forcing them to adjudicate cases just allow them to rule them all as denied since AP is discretionary? It would be nice for them to finally look at the ones that have been pending for over a year.
