Undescended testicle

My baby boy is almost 2 months old and was born with undescended left testicle, they told me it was fine that it might just come down on its own, by 6 months they'll have to interfere.

so far the testicle has been high up in his groin but this past week its made its way down into the scrotum. or so we we thought.

today I found it back up into his groin area, I did inspect it and press on it softly to medium pressure to see if it was his testicle. it seemed more of a lump and hard. 2 min later my baby had turned pale and lethargic. I called 911 they did his vitals, everything was fine, went to the hospital, everything was fine, he likely reacted to me touching his testicle.

they told me to tell my doctor to keep an eye on. tonight I noticed it has come back down again but more high up in scrotum. the testicle appears pale white almost but not alarming and hard.

im just wondering if this has happened to anyone else's baby.
