Help-I have horrible PMS symptoms

Hello, I (19f) have always had kinda rough periods, but nothing too extreme that I have needed to feel worried. My biggest complaint though isn’t even my period itself, it’s how severe I find my PMS symptoms. The one or two weeks before my period feel like my own personal hell. For context, i’m physically active, eat healthy, have anxiety, depression, and ADHD, but over all i take good care of myself and well in my follicular and ovulation. However, the luteal phase is consistently a source of struggle. All of a sudden I have no motivation, it doesn’t feel like my adhd meds even work, i’m bloated, mean and moody, constantly tired, insecure, and emotional etc…What level of this is considered normal? The most I hear from other women in my life is that they get maybe a little bloated, break out, have some cravings or other smaller and more manageable things. Before I knew that it was because of my cycle I even questioned if I had some form of Bipolar disorder because it runs in my family. I am not on birth control and I never have been. I know that things like PMDD are more common in some with ADHD and autism so is that what this is? Am I doing something wrong? Being dramatic? Is there something medical going on? If you have similar experiences pls lmk!! I need to know if this is normal and I just need to deal or if there’s some way to alleviate these feelings.
