MYO Bible Margins

Hi, I'm looking for a bible margin template to make my own strips to add to my bible when I need them. The size is approx. 2 7/8 x 8 inches. I'm not very good on the computer so can't make my own. Anyone have any they can share? Thanks a Lot!
