20m moving to a house soon and open to options

Hey yall! Just a 20 (nearly 21) year old dude that's signing a lease soon and moving in to a 2 bed 1 bath house in massillon in the beginning of May! I can afford the rent fine and don't necessarily NEED a roommate but I'm willing to help out some folks.

Needs: no smoking, drugs, or excessive alcohol use; a mostly tidy and clean person (don't need to be a neat freak); able to pay minimum of $500 depending on income; someone who enjoys actually socialising and forming a friendship; no allergy to cats (i have one kitty but if you want to just get used to it that's cool too)

Wants (things that aren't necessary): preferably a guy around my age but can do 18-25; would like you to be cool with casual (non sexually) nudity (will elaborate if you ask); willingness to decorate and make it look like a home; just be laid back person who's down to play on my switch or play games when home
