no sent messages to monitor who i have already messaged

hey guys i just joined match.com and im using the website, when i send a message i have no idea of tracking who i have or have not messaged, if i messaged someone twice i will look like a creep. What is the problem with this stupid site. WHy do dating sites just get worse and worse, instead of better and better. This problem is atrocious.
