Sleep trained-ish baby refusing to go to bed while traveling

6 - 12 months

From Toronto Canada, baby (9 months) is mostly sleep trained. We did cry it out, but maintain a night feed where she mostly goes back to sleep 95% of the time.

Current schedule before traveling: wake between 6-7am, first nap at 9:45-11:30, second nap at 2:30-3 (or 3:45 on good days), bedtime between 6:30-7pm.

We’re currently traveling in the UK, and we’re on the second night of our trip. I guess the jet lag is hitting harder than usual because the first night was a total mess, but today was good (1 hour nap in the morning, lots of daytime activity, 2nd 1 hour nap on the go). We stretched her wake window from 3 hours to 4.5 by the time she got into her bed and she’s been up for a total of 6+ hours since her last nap.

I’m at my wits end and am looking for any advice that can carry us through. Clearly we need to be more strict on our schedule. How can we manage the jet lag more effectively?

Any help would be appreciated!!
