Easiest way to 1025 pokemon

started collecting again, bought a bundle which got me 479 pokemon in my 2 binders. what's the best way of going about getting the rest? Ideally not bundles as ive already ended up with about 500 duplicates. ideally would like to buy ETB's but that seems to be impossible in shops, can never get booster packs! Anyone have any ideas?

thanks!
