Help choose a unit Mr Cool or ACiq

My compressor just failed on my 20yo Goodman. I can replace, but was quoted 1550 just for compressor, not labor or evacuation and recharge of system.

I am thinking of replacing and considering a Mr Cool Universal, but here is where I need advice. I have a home with Mid insulation at best. My windows are not sealed the greatest and the house was built in 59. I currently have a 3.5 ton unit, but according to the compressor, its a 3t. Do I go with the Mr Cool UPH18048-0/UAH18048-O, or should I stay properly sized for my house and run the ACiq Extreme ACiq-42-HPD AND 42-AHD?

They both seem to be decent units, and same parts, but wasnt sure if someone had real world experience with both.
