Some help for a new player please! :)

So I am really interested in trench crusade. I love the lore and models, but am a spoiled 40K player so I am to scarred of resin. Now I found out Thad there are plastic minis for trench crusade! But are they any good (rules wise) and are they fun to play ? Are they a ”one box Team“ or do I need to do extra work, how should I build them ? And do you guys and girls have any Tipps or tricks for me ? Help would be VERY Appreciated and thank in advance! :)
