Increased Dosage

I just reached 9 months on HRT and I wasn’t super happy with the results. My doctor agreed to increase my dosage from 6mg estradiol to 8mg estradiol.

They said to take it 4x times a day… should I split it into 4 separate times or 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills at night?

I’m also on 150mg Spiro
