what is the best low-calorie swap for white bread?

I’m about to go on a four-day trip out of town and wanted to buy some peanut butter and jelly stuff to have on hand to make at the hotel, currently in a calorie deficit, was wondering what the best options are for low-calorie bread :) taste and under 7$ is my top priority haha
