Pegasus vs Ajet when traveling from Europe (Copenhagen) to SAW airport

Both of them are budget airlines and nowhere near Turkish Airlines. But im wondering which one to choose in terms of comfort and overall quality. They cost the same and they depart almost the same time only like 5 mins apart. So undecided.

Also, about the Havabus from the airport to Taksim and traveling onwards from there.

Can you pay the picket for Havabus in cash? Is it 440 TL?

And how to pay for bus 76D when traveling from Taksim to Esenyurt. Can I pay with cash on this bus or can I buy a ticket from a booth to use on the bus? Or do I need istanbul card to use some sort of akbil.

I speak turkish fluently so that wont be an issue. Just wondering what to do. I havent been to Turkey for many many years.

Also, both of these airlines dont even offer a single cup of water for free? So whats the best and cheapest way to at least have something to drink and eat on the plane? I guess copenhagen airport is not that cheap either. To have a sweet treat and a drink at least.

I will have a long way to travel after landing and I will never buy food at the airport in Istanbul for ridiculous prices.
