Solar desalination for a boat

Does anyone have a link or suggestion or personal experience with desalinating on a boat?

I am hoping to make about a few gallons daily - 2-5 but can do with less if that is all I can make.

It will be in use when the boat is not sailing, so best will be some form of foldable/inflatable setup that can be thrown on the water and recovered when not needed. So, occupying a few square meters is not a problem as long as it can be folded and stowed away.

Ideally not a big pyramid type dome setup so that the windage doesn't blow it around and drop the condensed water back in the sea water.

Any suggestions?
