Used Grammarly to Polish My Work… Now I’m Worried

So I finished my assignment and ran it through Grammarly just to clean up grammar, clarity, and flow—nothing major, just polishing what I had already written. Now I’m starting to overthink it because of all the talk around AI detection tools like Turnitin. I didn’t use AI to generate content, but Grammarly did suggest sentence rewrites and wording improvements, so I’m wondering if that could somehow get flagged. Has anyone else been in this situation? Do lecturers usually consider this normal proofreading, or is it something that could raise concerns?
