Tips to stop glass surfing after walks?

Help/Advice

My bearded dragon (10M) loves walks! I wheel him around in a wagon, he’s got a leash, he doesn’t move a whole lot he just loves to people watch. I only take him out when it’s between 75-85 degrees. He dislikes the elevator but other than that he shows no signs of stress or worry at all!

Only issue is that after taking him on a walk he will not stop scratching at the tank. I give him greens when we go back inside so he’s normally good for the 5 minutes it takes him to eat them up, but then he scratches at the tank for half an hour or so, and the next morning he’ll scratch at the tank for another half hour (or some days more). He only stops if I take him out again

He’s got proper enrichment in his tank, I’ve had him for so long and I know what he likes. We just moved to a new area and he loves it so significantly more than everywhere else we’ve lived (he’s moved like 4 times with me) and it’s not practical to take him on walks every day both because of the weather but also my schedule.

Any suggestions?
