TMJ/facial numbness/clenching worse after surgery?

Could be a combination of the stress of surgery and other things , but I’m curious if anyone has dealt with increased or new TMJ/clenching after their surgery? I feel like I’m just getting sensation in my cheeks and nose again almost 8 weeks post op with turbinate reduction, but recently my jaw clenching/whole body stiffness has been so much worse. Was told it’s pretty much from stress probably from the surgery but I feel like it definitely has to do more from my cheeks/nasal area being numb for so long. Feel like I’m just getting sensation back
