Need help with lab results.. too low?

My dose was upped to 120mg from 90mg Armour bc I was having hypothyroid symptoms though my tsh was 1.34 at 90mg. My next TSH was 0.014 - 6 months later and then 6 months after that my TSH was 0.088. my T4 and Free T4 has been in normal ranges. Free t4 is 1.07 and my previous was 1.34. Thyroxine t4 is 7.6. My prescriber said that bc my free t4 was normal, then it means that's the total amount of thyroid hormone circulating in my body and that I should stay at 120mg but everywhere else I see it says a TSH under 1.0 is too low and I'm overnedicated.

Help? Suggestions? Opinions? Any insight?
