Account randomly suspended, is it lost for good?

Hi! so this morning for whatever reason, I randomly get suspended on twitter. It said that the system detected I violated the rules against “inauthentic behaviors” however I didn’t tweet for like, a full hour before this? I appealed immediately and now it said that they won’t be restoring my account because of “multiple repeat violations” but I really can’t think of anything I said that follows that? I mean I tweet pretty often, especially when I live-tweet sports so maybe that could be considered spam because of how quick and often it is? Not sure. Anyways my account was really important to me and I really want it back, I’m just unsure of how else to reach out. Am I at a loss here 😭 any help would be appreciated…
