What will most likely to happen when a juvenile who got caught in school with thc pens, fail their first drug test?

I am 18 now but I caught a case at 17 at school with two thc pens. It’s my first case and time getting in trouble, they’ll drug test me soon, so what will happen if I am not clean for my first drug test?
