Any insight into the fastreat prescribing process?

General Questions/Advice/Support

Hi all, just some insight into my situation.

I have recently turned 18 which means that I have full autonomy into my medical decisions now, I have always known I have ADHD and have always checked the boxes for it and have tried my best to counteract them but all it has led to is burn out, I was not given the support needed as a child because my parents did not want me to get diagnosed due to the stigma surrounding ADHD.

I decided to go with fastreat as my exams are approaching soon and it has been getting harder for me to focus as time decreases and burn out has made me 'brute forcing' school work even harder, and my relationships with those around me are worsening too because of how I act and how easily irritated I become due to noise, touch and other stimuli.

My offer to university is quite high too: A*AA ins // A*A*A firm, so it will be extremely hard to go through without timely % tangible support for my condition

Hence I decided to go with the fastest pathway I could find on the internet, worked a bit to pay for it and bought it (fastreat)

I have had a titration appointment today but I am still quite confused as to how the prescriptions work, so I have a couple questions if anyone is able to help:

- Can I purchase Vyvanse from my own pharmacy instead of their partner pharmacy (it is quite expensive)
- When does the prescription get sent to the pharmacy, how does this entire process work, how long does it take ect

and also if anyone is able to help:

- How expensive is it to stay with Fastreat? As in how many paid appointments must i book with my nurse practitioner regularly on top of the subscription fee ect
