Higher salary for a new job that matches my current role, what would you do?

My current employer has a new job ad posted with a base salary of $95k with uncapped commission on top of the base. (This a lower level incentive package)

This job description matches mine with one added responsibility. I make 46% less than what they are offering this potential new employee. The job was not offered to me or my colleagues. I feel that bringing in 2.5m+ in repeat annual revenue I would be a little more valuable to the company. How would you handle this?
