Hi, I’m Mac, the solo founder behind Omnio Health.

I created this subreddit as the home for people who are interested in better personal health tracking, clearer insights, and building healthier habits with less friction.

Omnio is my attempt to make health data feel more useful and more human. A lot of us are collecting information from wearables, apps, tests, and daily habits, but it still feels scattered and hard to act on. I’m building Omnio to bring that together in a way that helps people actually understand what’s going on and what to do next.

This community is where I’ll share product updates, new features, early thinking, and behind-the-scenes progress as I build. It’s also a place for honest feedback, feature requests, bug reports, and broader conversations about health tracking and self-optimization.

If you’re joining early, thank you. Early communities shape the product more than anything else, and I’d love for this to be a place where people can help influence what Omnio becomes.

If you want to say hi, I’d especially love to hear:

\- what you currently use to track your health

\- what feels broken or frustrating about it

\- what you wish a product like this could do for you

Thanks for being here.

I’m excited to build this with you.

Welcome to r/omniohealth!
