How do I get the keycard in (0.9j)

After finally switching from 0.8.2 to 0.9j, I wanted to get a kerfur omega again. I got a hook, went over to the gap behind the bunker, and tried hooking the keycard. It didn't work. I tried again and again, but it seems the keycard is unhookable.

Cut to a few days later and there's now about 6 or 7 chairs down there from my attempts at glitching through the hole. I am no closer to getting in. I tried getting a keycard from sandbox, but it seems cards from other saves don't open the door anymore. SO THEN WHAT DO I DO!?
