Electronic Music Producers/Artists?

I’m looking for artists/producers in the area that make heavy music (dubstep, tearout, techno, beats for rappers, etc.) or even metal/punk-rock bands to collaborate with and learn from. Been producing for several years now but feel as though I’ve hit a wall in terms of progression - need some inspiration and technical tips from others who produce music. Even down to link up with local DJ’s who are wanting to share their craft. Just desperate to meet others who share my love for making music.
