What’s a reasonable sanction about in a DVRO trial?

My sisters husband filed a fake DVRO against her the day after she filed hers, he submitted fake photos and had his mom deliver a fake testimony saying she witnessed the abuse.

They messed up their stories so many times but the trial has been extended for 2 days and will resume in 8 weeks.

If we can get concrete proof the mother wasn’t even in the house when she said she was, the photos were taken after he filed his DVRO, and his testimony is false: what’s a reasonable sanction amount? He’s a doctor and we have already spent over 100K on attorney fees. He wasted 4 days of the courts time.
