Heat Exchanger

Need a new heat exchanger pipe for my 2022 Hybrid Tucson. To be specific, the center exhaust assembly and clamp. Hyuandi wants $2490, less my $240 inspection fee that I get back If I let them do the work. The mechanic on the corner, who I've never used but has decent reviews wants $2088. both estimates are labor and the exact same parts. both come with just a standard one year warranty on the parts.

I kind of feel that for a specific repair like this, the dealership mechanic might be worth the extra money but not sure?
