Found Fully Favorable, should I appeal the decision?
So after 4 years I had my hearing beginning of March, judge ruled fully favorable and pushed my onset date back a year, so I’ll be receiving a little over 5 years of backpay. Today SSA called to verify my banking info and address so they can process backpay and monthly payments. So my question is after all these years, I don’t really want to be fully favorable and would rather the judge deny my claim. How do I go about that? Also, should I divorce my wife who’s been there with me through all this and maybe try and find someone younger now that I don’t need her? Obviously joking, so pumped it’s all finally happening and can’t believe the speed between hearing, decision, and processing backpay. I wish I discovered this group 5 years ago. Thanks for the people with spot on advice and information! Truly appreciated!
