Hi everyone, I’m Albert, some here might know me from The Sword Network where I posted this:

https://www.instagram.com/reel/DHmvcULy5-u/

I’m making a very simple documentary on YouTube entirely free with my own funds and just thought I’d loop this subreddit in / see if anyone might be interested in helping. No release date at this stage.

Background

First up: Kyle (guitar) is still trying to get Dan paid for the Warp Riders art. I know. Insane.

The most concrete, verifiable last known interview for Dan Mis relatively old and sparse. Previously we chalked this up to a notably low-profile figure with limited public media presence, but 12 years with no news is extremely concerning.

Confirmed interview (documented)

2014: “7 Electrons” interview (via Matrixsynth)

I’m hoping the “Dune Boom” will help his art get more visible and counter the bullshit of AI since he’s been around for longer.

I’d hate for this fellow Aussie’s art to be buried.

I’m no Louis Theroux but I’ll do my best.

For anyone wondering: Dan heavily pioneered the current Cassette Futurism movement which the doc will explore. Gonna cross post this to r/CassetteFuturism to galvanise them too.
