Returning item that earned Business Prime rewards

I bought an item with this promotion to earn 30% back in Business Prime rewards, however now I need to return that item. When I return the item, what will happen to my rewards I earned? I assume they'll take them back, but then will I be able to complete the offer again and earn 30% back on a different purchase?
