I wanted to ask, does the free 10 pulls you gat at 30 take into account your pity

what I mean is suppose you had 6 star pity left from last banner let's say 70, meaning you are in soft pity territory (higher 6 star rates). and then you get the free 30 pulls. do they have the boosted rates of soft pity, or are they normal with 0.8% rates ?
