Minor for a PR major?

Hello! I am a prospective PR major (I am switching from IR at my current university) and I am trying to decide between a marketing minor and a french language minor. It is imperative that I decide before my next semester because I won't be able to get all of the credits necessary for the french minor if I don't start taking French classes now.

I originally came to college hoping to do work with NGOs and non-profit organizations but decided that I didn't want to study IR and am now switching to PR because it seems like something I would like a lot more (and I can still work for the same companies if I want but just do PR for them now). I have also joined the student-run PR firm on my campus and I have liked it so far. I really like French and I would like to work (or get my master's) abroad after graduating (depending on if I get a job or not), but I feel like I should do marketing because it's more "useful." Any tips?
