Can't import ESDE media to Cocoon?

Hello! Just got my Thor today and while I'm not noob to setting up handhelds, I can't seem to get the import tool in cocoon to link to my old ESDE folder.

I have the SD card from my last handheld where ESDE was running, so the folder structure is the same. But when I pick the root folder (es-de media in my case) and hit the button to link, it says 0 games and 0 metadata updated.

The folders inside the ESDE media folder are all in the default ESDE format of system/(subfolders of different image types like marquee). I've picked the appropriate named mapping like Covers for "Icon/Box Art".

If I can't get it working soon I'll just have to scrape again but I know that takes an eternity! Any help appreciated, I can't seem to find anyone else having problems so lucky me.
