Solaris Japan Regular Shipping (first time buyer)

not my first figure but my first time using Solaris Japan, I bought the falin dress figure preorder in August and it released mid march, I have regular shipping which states 10-15 day shipping, and today would’ve been the 15th day, im in NYC so does anyone have an estimate for how long it should be? I already knew it would be a bit longer than the time stated. But I want my figure soon🥹
