Season 3 vs 4

To those people who read the light novels and are caught up to the anime, should I watch any episode from season 3 (anything worth watching) if I’m already up to date with the light novels. I never watched season 3 because of all the complaints and I was busy with other series. I do want to see how they adapt year 2 but I don’t want to skip a potentially good episode from season 3. If it’s worth skipping just say skip pls.
